Filling out our Support Group Interest Form is required for all participation in our online support chats and groups.

Support group: Request Escape Ayac as a friend on Facebook and send a private message notifying us that you have filled out the participation form and would like to be added to the LGBTQIA+ cancer patient, survivor, and caregiver support group. This is a secret group, meaning that if you are in it, the group and your posts will not be visible on your public profile/to anyone outside of the group. This is a safe space and there is no* risk of being outed on social media by being a member.
